This week's survivor post is a bit late. We are rapidly approaching basketball season and my focus is elsewhere. Nevertheless, we had a big week last week.
HoustonBoiler, LTW_O_MI, Mlurker19, and Rubber_Duck were all done in by Iowa's and Oregon's offensive challenges. A round of applause for lasting as long as you did. Better luck next year and welcome to the losers' pool.
Speaking of the losers' pool. week 8 saw us lose the last two contestants that were relegated to that portion of the competition by rutger in week 1 as TheDuluthPerspective and waw were done in by Minnesota's victory over Iowa and the Illini thrashing Oregon. I still have to applaud both of them for lasting 7 weeks picking Big Ten teams to lose. ziowa9 also leaves the competition after USC was jumped around on by Wisconsin.
Four survivors remain. Eight losers are trying to win the consolation competition. Good luck.
The Rules
I'm not typing all of that out again. Click the week 0/week 1 article and read all the way through.

Survivor's Pool
Once during weeks 8-10, each contestant must make an extra pick. Reminder that you may only pick against each Big Ten team a maximum of three times.
Cowards
Four contestants remain. One or two picks this week from everyone as none of you have taken the extra pick required from you in weeks 8-10.
To save space, teams picks against will only list the # of times if it is more than once. Once we get down to three contestants or fewer I'll try to list the competition tiebreakers.

Losers' Pool
Reminder: you are picking teams to lose. 1 extra pick must be made in weeks 8-10. None of the contestants have done this yet.
