B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 10

Then there were two

We've reached the point in the survivor's pool where I don't mind running this competition. The survivors have been decimated. The losers' pool has shrunk to next to nothing. There's just six contestants total to track moving forward and only two of them are survivors. May the best person win!

Last week, Nebraska's late game choking against Washington saw us lose Hoosiers47 and wesd2006 from the survivor's pool. That result and the USC victory over Ohio State eliminated 6 of the 8 losers' pool contestants. It was a good showing this year from HuskersFirst, AlmaOtter, SeeJayBee, Mlurker19, RubberDuck, and my nephew. Better luck next year.

The Rules

I'm not typing all of that out again. Click the week 0/week 1 article and read all the way through.

B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 0/Week 1
The goal of B1G survivor is simple: be the last one standing in the survivor pool.
B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 2
In the prophetic words of Broated Nutcrackle - provider of this week’s lead image - “I’ll take your bait and play on hard mode. Give me Rutgers.”
B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 3
Any future failure to follow the rules will result in elimination.
B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 4
Exactly half of the cowards have picked the exact teams as me. I’m not calling you all copycats, but…
B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 5
The winning play last week for the cowards was Rutgers. 27 cowards advanced. 26 picked Rutgers.
B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 6
Your Purdue Boilermakers won a college football game! Over another Big Ten team. For the first time since 2023.
B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 7
Nine survivors remain. Nine losers remain. At this rate the column will disappear by week 11.
B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 8
Things get even more challenging this week for our Elite 8.
B1G Football Survivor 2026 - Week 9
FOUR CONTESTANTS REMAIN!

Survivor's Pool

Once during weeks 8-10, each contestant must make an extra pick. Each of you made your extra pick in week 9.

Cowards

One pick this week. Reminder that you can only pick against a team a maximum of three times.

To save space, teams picks against will only list the # of times if it is more than once. I'm writing this before work on Thursday, so I'll post the current tiebreaker status late tonight in the comments. As a reminder it's a modified strength of schedule (# of wins by teams beaten by your picks where the wins by FCS teams don't count) followed by first to submit their pick. Boilermaker5 has already submitted their picks for the full season so in the event of a tie they have the second tiebreaker locked down unless they change their picks.

cericjo Ill, MD, Mich, MSU, UNL, NW, PSU, Purdue, Rut, UCLA, Wash, wisc MD (2x), MSU, PSU, Purdue (2x)

Week 10 picks made previously: Michigan (Boilermaker5). This pick may be changed up until kickoff. Note to the other contestants, Boilermaker5 has preselected picks for the rest of the season.

Losers' Pool

Reminder: you are picking teams to lose. 1 extra pick must be made in weeks 8-10. Every remaining contestant has done this already, so just 1 pick this week.
