The world's worst rivalry takes center stage this week. Before we get to that let's review last week.
Answers to Week 4 questions
1 Not counting the textbook butt-joint, ornate shelfing, reclaimed wood, or premium wood stain, name all 8 features of the Land Grant trophy.1862?
Generic gold figurine, spartan figurine, lion figurine, faded photo of buildings from both campuses, photo for MSU campus, photo for PSU campus, scores from previous games, and a nameplate identifying the trophy. Lots of partial credit here.
Funniest answer: A statue of a spartan; a statue of a nittany lion; a couple pictures; a bunch of like, plaque-labels; the secret compartment containing a clue for the location of hidden masonic treasure; lasers; a popcorn ceiling; and this racing stripe I feel is pretty sharp (ViceroyFizzlebottom)
2 Michigan State and Penn State were the first two land-grant universities, but who was the first school to accept land grant funds designated from the Morrill Act of 1862?
Iowa State. Michigan State and Penn State were the first two land-grant universities because of state land grant funds. Appreciate that the 9 contestants last week gave 9 different answers.
Funniest answer: Probably Michigan, because they’re a bunch of cheaters (waw)

10 Michigan State athletic teams were originally known as the Aggies. In 1925, the school held a contest to remain their teams. What nickname won the contest?
