- Put simply: IU just shut down the Indiana Daily Student. They did this because it had the temerity to publish news. IU also fired the staff director of the paper and stopped the paper printing of the daily for the first time in over a century. For those of you that are in Indiana or are IU grads, do what you can to make this an issue. It's an issue.
