Umm. Yeah, quite the day in the Big Ten sports content mines. Given that I'm writing this at 10:40 pm ET and this story has been moving rapidly, I'm going to just say this and leave it for now:

Sherrone Moore was fired by Michigan for cause, which apparently related to an inappropriate relationship with a Michigan staff member. He is currently held in the Washtenaw County Jail.
